Are all your products custom made?
Yes. We are a custom made print on demand online store.
All design/art is created in the USA.
Tees and hats come from around the globe. Totes and leggings are handmade. Printing and embroidery is done either in the USA, Mexico, or Europe depending on where the order originates.
Can I purchase your products anywhere else?
No, we do not sell on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy or any other website. When you order from us you are receiving original design/art on a product that is available only here at the LOVESTAYS® Shop!
We are an exclusive store and this makes your purchase even more rare and truly special, valuable, and personal.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You have a window of about an hour after you order. So if you do change your mind cancel it immediately. Once an order goes into production it can't be stopped.
What if I realize I put in the wrong address in when I ordered?
Email us immediately with the right address.
How long does it take to print my order?
Production is usually completed in around 3-5 business days.
When is my order mailed?
After your order is completed at the printers, it will then be sent out to be shipped to you and you'll be able to track your order.
What if I don't receive my order in the mail?
First, please make double-sure your mailing address is correct at checkout, as this can be a cause. We want you to receive your package. But if you have not received it, please email us immediately.
What is your return policy?
Because all our products are custom made to order, print on demand, every sale is final. But sometimes things happen and you may need to return or exchange an item.
We offer a refund or exchange (excluding the original shipping cost) only on damaged items - errors/issues from our side. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or size issues.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received by you. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and let us know the issue/error along with clear photos of the item.
For a refund or exchange the item must be shipped back in the original packaging with the receipt within 7 days after you received the item. Please email us for the return address at email@example.com.
You would be responsible for the shipping cost and we are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transport.
